Once the tallest building in Atlanta, The historic Candler Building, boasting 17-stories and 200,000 SF usable space, underwent a complete transformation spanning almost 3-years. EnviroLogical Elements, Inc. is proud to be a part of the team who brought new life to the derelict high-rise.
Our contribution to the extensive renovation included asbestos abatement and lead-based paint abatement and stabilization throughout the entire property, including the basement where a vault legend to once protect the Coca-Cola recipe remains.
Featuring a grand marble staircase, brass details and tiffany windows, Candler Building is on the National Register of Historic Places.
