LashKowitz High RIse - Fargo, ND
ELE completed a 3-month long asbestos abatement project in preparation for the demolition of the Lashkowitz High Rise in Fargo, ND. Throughout the 22-story, 180,000SF structure there was Asbestos-Containing flooring, texture ceiling and fireproofing that was properly abated prior to demolition. The structure was imploded early Saturday, September 16, 2023. Construction now begins on a new 110 unit building for the Fargo Redevelopment Authority.
